Andrew Martin and Andy Windsor represented Deeside Olympic in the Scale Hall on Saturday.

The wind was very strong so they decided to put the hammer down and attack from the start.

Andy Windsor went clear on the first lap then Andrew Martin and Dave McGowan went across a lap later. Nathan Turnball made it accross to join the group. Turnball attacked after 2 more laps, Andy Martin went after him, the two of them went on to lap the field.

This set up a straight two man sprint finish. Turnball made the first move and kicked that hard Cipo would have been proud. Andy couldn't get back at him before the line.

Andy Martin ended up 2nd with Andy Windsor getting 4th.
