Manchester Regional Track League Division 1

Deeside Olympic sprinter Karl Cliff was in fine form competing at the division 1 Manchester track league on Friday. Karl set a personal best time of 12.720 in the flying 200 meter time trial. He then went on to win the 500 meter sprint final to give Deeside its first win at the winter track league.

Keith Jones finished 2nd in the points race and 2nd in the devil.
