Merseyside Ladies 10mile TT

A field of 140 riders lined up on Sunday for the Mside Ladies 10mile Time Trial on a cold morning with a deceptive headwind on the outgoing leg.

Andy Bennete (Liverpool Century) won it with a 21.33 beating Roger Iddles and Pete Ware by 1second.

Norman put in a brilliant ride of 21.54, Steve Lloyd 26.53 (this should have been 23.53 but he missed his start by 3 mins) Steve Thomson 25.12 and Steve Bradbrook 27.11.

This turned out to be a harder morning than it looked with many riders putting in slower times than usual, it shows us what a brillint ride Norman put in.
