Another great morning saw myself, Gordon Scott and Norman all off within 5mins of each other.

Norman doing a fantastic ride to win the race with a 55mins24secs. Myself nearly a minute slower than Wed, with a 1hr 4min and Gordon doing a great ride with 1hr 7mins.

Great to see the Deeside lads and girls supporting at the Broxton island, congratulations to Norman on a great ride! How does he do it?

A fantastic night for a change saw me off second to last wih Bas Charleton my minute man! I managed to hold him off for 9mins to finish with a great time of 1hr 3mins 20secs.

Bas Charleton winning with a time of 55mins 33secs A good ride again on quite a tough course,
