Clieves Hill

Four of the Deeside Olympic boys were racing at Clieves Hill on Sunday 7th March, Rob Partridge, Steve Lloyd, Simon Oliver and Andy Martin all putting in some superb performances.

The race was 12 laps of a very windy, up and down circuit. The race was decided when a group of 4 got away with 4 laps to go, including Andy, and Mark Lovatt. Andy put in a strong ride to get a well deserved 2nd in the final sprint up Clieves Hill only beaten by Mark Lovatt.

Steve and Rob finished in the 2nd group, getting 9th and 10th place. Simon finished in the remainder of the bunch.
