Chester Road Club Hilly 14 TT

On a cold breezy Saturday afternoon Malcolm Ridgway, Mark Jones, Charlie and Myself decided to enter the CRC Hilly 14 TT.

The wind was squarely into our faces down the A41 and provided little assistance when we turned off for the shelter of the lanes up to Bruera and Aldford, anyway it was the same for everyone so no excuses.

Mal and Mark PB'd with 41.11 and 41.49, respectively, Charlie stopped the calendar, I mean stopwatch, at 50.50 and I got round in a respectable 38.29, finishing third. Bobby Booth won with an impressive 36.06, considering the conditions.
